The Green and New Promo Show becomes The Green & Sustainable Promo Show

Following on from a successful launch in 2023, organisers of The Green and New Promo Show have announced that this year’s iteration of the event will become The Green & Sustainable Promo Show.

With more than 50 key industry suppliers and brands exhibiting, the 2024 midseason shows will be at London / Elstree and Leeds.

6 June 2024 -The Dupont and Gate Suites, DoubleTree by Hilton London Elstree, Barnet by-pass, Borehamwood WD6 5PU. Show open 10am – 4pm.

11 June 2024 – The Norman Hunter Suite, Leeds United AFC, Elland Road, Leeds LS11 0ES (head for the Fullerton car park on Elland Road). Show open 10am – 4pm.

The organisers state “The time is right to rebrand The Green and New Promo Show to The Green and Sustainable Promo Show and concentrate on the sustainable, eco, recyclable and ethical products that have very quickly become such a huge part of our industry.  The main item of feedback we received after last year’s Green shows was that a few exhibitors just had the same display as at any other show and that will not happen this year.

Now everyone has green and sustainable products, ethical pathways, cradle to cradle product life and so much more.  It is not jus product that needs to be spoken about at the shows either, but also creditability in this market sector, accreditations, supply chain and everything else involved in your journey to a carbon neutral and sustainable future.

Working in partnership with Ecologi, The Green and New Promo Show will plant one tree for every show attendee.  Show lanyards, banners, badges, pens, awards and goody bags will all be sustainable and recyclable. Our exhibitors and our venues are being challenged to make and match sustainable pledges and options too.

We recommend planning your journey to the show and travelling by the most sustainable method possible. Vegetarian and plant-based food and drinks will be readily available.

We are not making any greenwashing claims about the shows being totally sustainable, the events are about sustainable product and we want to bring everyone with us on the journey to a carbon neutral and sustainable industry.

We know from all the data ever produced about shows and exhibitions, even after covid, that real life exhibitions and being face-to-face are still very much the preferred way to do business and learn.  So we need to manage this in the best way we can.
