BPMA supports members with complementary sales training in June

Recognising the tough trading conditions the industry faces, the BPMA has teamed up with Sandler Training London to deliver three essential sales sessions exclusively for members. Entitled The Revenue Recovery Series, each hour long session addresses the challenges and opportunities ahead.

Provided as a complementary benefit for BPMA members, training sessions which include a Q&A opportunity are to be held remotely on the following dates:

  • 9th June 09:00am Part 1: Selling in a crisis
  • 16th June 09:00am Part 2: Leading a team to revenue growth
  • 23rd June 09:00am Part 3: Managing a team remotely

Any BPMA member involved in sales or account management, revenue growth plus business owners, sales managers, team leaders and senior staff.

  • Selling in a crisis to recovery
    • With the economic ‘pause’ button set during COVID, for some businesses they decided to ‘camp-out’ to wait and see what would happen.     • A major consequence of ineffective sales management is that your team will continue to miss their targets which will become the new normal it not managed properly. Even prior to COVID, given the changing competitive landscape, more businesses are missing their sales targets than hitting them. With remote working becoming a more permanent aspect of life what can you do to help manage your team remotely?
