The Pen Warehouse & Snap Products Put Education at the Heart of New Premises

Promotional writing instrument experts, The Pen Warehouse, and digital print pioneers, Snap Products, recently offered their state-of-the-art facilities to the BPMA’s education programme for an interactive training day.

The day consisted of a tour of the premises, where individuals from across the promotional merchandise industry were invited to view live product and print demonstrations, including a laser engraving demo of their own initials on a Mood® Collection Vacuum Bottle.

Visitors also received practical training to help them progress to the next level of their promotional merchandise qualifications, covering various subject categories including marketing, quality control, branding and sales. There was a detailed presentation on colour theory delivered by Managing Director Neil Cleere, and an informative talk from the company’s Research and Development Manager, Dr Rebecca Townsend.

The all-day event concluded with covering the companies’ DNA, ethos and history, detailing their unique business model, USPs, services and numerous industry-first innovations. A fun quiz rounded off the session and tested knowledge of the training delivered throughout the day.

Helen Dyl, Operations Manager, comments: “The BPMA are advocates for the industry and support a professional supply chain, which aligns with our own ethos of creating inspirational training opportunities for those looking to expand their skills in the promotional merchandise sector. We hope to host many more events like this in the future to continue to connect and inspire our industry through hands-on educational programmes.”
