Steel City’s MD James Biggin Ski Gear Review
MD James Biggin is a bit of a ski-fiend and enjoys getting out on the slopes with his family at least once a year if he can. James bought a branded jacket from PF Concept UK Ltd a good few years ago – the Ozark, and has been very happy with it, so thought it was worth sharing is his review of the jacket’s features and benefits.
Ozark Insulated Jacket
It is on brand which helps!
The lining is incredible, like “foil” so I only had to wear a base layer underneath in “sub-zero conditions”. Even with the wind chill down to -11, I still didn’t feel even the slightest bit cold.
It has Polyester Elastane cuffs with thumb holes which are perfect to seal the cuffs and then place ski gloves over. The Ozark also has water-resistant zips.
Good size pockets mean I could fit in anything I wanted to take out with me (phone, cameras, fittings), not to mention the hip flask!”

“I also have some Elevate Sunglasses and these which came in very useful. We had great weather in France this year, so although I am a big fan of Goggles, it was good to use the sunglasses on the really bright days.
The polarised lenses with UV protection meant I was comfortable and had great vision on all the pistes.
They come in a hard case rubber pouch, so they could be in the rucksack all day and I knew they were protected in case of any “falls”!”
