Sandler Training donate to MIND on behalf of BPMA

Justin Stephenson of Sandler Training donated £100 to MIND after completing a three-session training for BPMA members during June. Provided as part of the BPMA’s complimentary member support, each hour-long session concentrated on how to sell, manage and lead teams plus recognising the critical factor employee behaviour plays in long term success.

At the end of the last session, Stephenson asked attendees to complete a quick questionnaire that triggered a donation to MIND as part of Sandler’s commitment to not only sharing business changing wisdom but to support the importance of mental health in the workplace.
