Paying it forward

We all know the industry is a collaborative and supportive one. A recent example highlighted the ‘pay it forward’ philosophy of many in the industry, especially during tough economic times.

A recent story shared on LinkedIn highlighted how a referral from Laltex Group to WCM+A created a number of positive impacts. Unable to fulfil an incoming request, Laltex referred the customer to WCM+A to see if they could help. The result was a large order and importantly bringing some staff who had been on long term furlough off the scheme.

Citing the mass and possibly unexpected benefits to staff, both Laltex and WCM+A celebrated the bigger advantages of a simple referral. In the last year, with so many experiencing challenges they had never expected, to know how far reaching the impact of informing staff there is work and purpose ahead cannot be underestimated.
