Hambleside Merchandise directors, Suzie Munday and Jennie Scott have bought the business from parent company Grinterley Limited. The pair have been employed by the company for 15 years, achieving directorships in 2014. The company, which originally supplied diaries to the UK market, has been part of the Hambleside Group of companies since 1975.

Today, senator® announced the appointment of Shane Davies as Managing Director of the UK’s leading personalised promotional writing instrument and mug manufacturer; bringing with him a wealth of operational and leadership experience from 17 years in the Metropolitan Police, with more recent posts in senior management at National Express.
Group CEO Daniel Jeschonowski is positive about the appointment: “Having seen many candidates during the application process, we feel that Shane encompasses the full package of what we are looking for in this role – he is experienced, determined and focused, and will be the perfect fit to build on the market-leading position that senator® UK is in currently. We welcome him to the senator® group, and look forward to working with him.”
Shane will spend the coming weeks learning what has made senator® UK the success it is today, and will be attending as many industry events as possible moving forward to introduce himself to customers.
