HAPTICA Live moves date to September 2021

The new venue date of the HAPTICA® live ’21 has been confirmed: The “Experience of Haptic Advertising” that was originally scheduled to take place on March 17, 2021 at the World Conference Center Bonn (WCCB) has been postponed until September 23, 2021.

“We have chosen this date for several reasons. On the one hand, our venue location, the WCCB, is going to be utilised as the Vaccination Centre of the City of Bonn until June 2021. Furthermore, one can assume that the overall pandemic-related situation will gradually relax during the course of the summer and that events like the HAPTICA® live will thus be more readily plannable for all persons involved,” commented Michael Scherer, managing partner of the organisers, WA Media.

On September 23, 2021 a strict hygiene and safety concept for the venue will be in place. More details of Covid procedures are expected nearer the time. The ninth edition of the HAPTICA® live will also offer inspiration, practical relevance and experience. Exhibitors from all product areas will present the entire spectrum of ideas for haptic advertising. The lecture forum will feature speakers from the marketing departments of renowned companies will report about their promotional products and merchandising strategies. The Best Practice Show comprising of examples of international campaigns will provide a wealth of practical ideas, whilst a further special exhibition will showcase the winners of the Promotional Gift Awards 2021.
